What You’ll Be Doing
• Implement and uphold SHEQ systems, policies, and procedures on site.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and lead or support ICAM investigations.
• Mentor and coach field crews to promote safe work practices.
• Build strong relationships with site teams to influence safety culture.
This Role Could Suit You If You Have:
• A Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
• A background in RTW coordination, HSE administration, compliance, auditing, or operational support.
• Confidence engaging with crews and providing visible safety leadership.
• A manual driver’s licence (essential).
• ICAM investigation experience (desirable).
