About the Role


As a Field Supervisor you will be responsible for providing field-based supervision of allocated crews to ensure that performance obligations of a new and exciting contract are achieved.  You will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and embed new processes and procedures.
 

Please note a percentage of this position will see you in the field with Operational staff and will require a willingness to travel regionally.

About you 


To be successful in the role of Field Supervisor you should hold the following skills & experience:

  • Relevant experience in delivering essential services.
  • Proven Field Trade supervision experience within the Electrical or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Knowledge and expertise in problem solving, decision making and collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with experience in managing customer relations. 
  • Relevant industry recognised Frontline Leadership training desirable.
  • Current Drivers licence.
