In support of this growth, Ventia are inviting expressions of interest for a Fleet Coordinator to join their global and diverse organisation. 

 

About the Role


This role will see you managing a fleet of various vehicles, implementing, and maintaining registration and repair schedules. You will manage fleet movements and availability to repairers at minimal disruption to workgroup production.

 

Your other main responsibilities include:

  • Creating purchasing orders and reconciling invoice for repairs as required.
  • Manage expenditure according to nominated budgeting and financial notifications.
  • Build Repairer and supplier relationships to support servicing and specialist repair functions.
  • Plan identified and reported fault and Maintenance.
  • Record vehicle service history files.
  • Educate operators and supervisors regarding Fleet procedures and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular Toolbox talks regarding Fleet Maintenance.
  • Undertake maintenance and safety Projects resulting for incidents and EQL investigations to ensure Fleet is up to current safety standards.
  • Liaise with Supervisors and SHEQ advisors regarding incidents and safety.
  • Travel regionally to inspect assets and suppliers.

About you 


To be successful in this role, you should hold the following skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar position as a Fleet coordinator with a services organisation.
  • A qualification in a business or commerce related discipline is desirable.  or relevant experience in a similar role.  
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to form strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to gather and analyse data for fleet performance.
  • A high level of computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel etc.
