Project Manager

$140,000 Dependant on Experience PLUS Tool of Trade Vehicle

About the Role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and contractor coordination to scope alignment, scheduling, and final delivery. You’ll be the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

About You
You're currently in a coordination, technical, supervisory, or engineering role and ready to take the next step in your career. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in project environments who’s looking to move into a Project Manager role and take on greater responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead and manage building services projects with a focus on HVAC, fire, and electrical systems
  • Attend client meetings to define project scope, expectations, and deliverables
  • Engage and coordinate with contractors and consultants for site walk-throughs and work planning
  • Review and align quotes with scope of works and project requirements
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Review and approve work method statements (WMS), MOPs, and access requests
  • Oversee project execution through to completion, including progress claims and payment approvals
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency

What You’ll Bring

• • In-depth knowledge of Building Services and HVAC systems, ideally gained through hands-on experience in a Project Management capacity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to manage and prioritise multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with Maximo would be highly regarded
  • Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards
