In support of this growth, Ventia are inviting expressions of interest for a System Support Officer to join their global and diverse organisation. 

 

About the Role


As a Support Administrator you will provide capability and support in the ‘day to day’ operations to ensure efficient project delivery. You will do this whilst ensuring compliance with applicable systems, standards, regulations, and other contract requirements.  

 

Your other key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for delivery of specific project delivery components 
  • Assist in the development & implementation of day-to-day administration systems.
  • Procurement - engage with approved suppliers to ensure their services meet operational delivery timeframes.
  • Ensuring all data entry & reporting time frames are monitored and achieved.
  • General Project Administration duties & support staff where required.

About you 


To be successful in this role, you should hold the following skills & experience:

  • Proven and extensive System Administration skills.
  • Highly competent in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel etc. 
  • Has knowledge of practical applications of Records and Document Management practices and principles.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and experience.
  • Good communication and relationship building skills. 
  • Analytical skills and the capacity to develop solutions in a complex environment. 
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Completed formal training in management systems – highly desirable.
