About the Role

 

The role of Training Administrator will see you coordinating the training needs of a white- and blue-collar workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the company training matrix by booking and managing training courses.  You will also be responsible for:

  • Booking meeting rooms and presenters for training presentations/Inductions.
  • Entering of Certificates and documents into the online Learning Management Systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records.

About you 


This fast paced and diverse role will require you to be fast thinking, highly organised and have excellent time management skills.  You should also hold the following skills & experience:

  • Exposure to learning management systems, i.e. Mypass, OPMS, LMS or similar highly regarded.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Suite - Excel, Power point, MS Word & Office outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities. 
  • Ability to build relationships and liaise with external and internal stake holders and varying levels.
