Ventia are currently seeking electricians to join their team in the Bay of Plenty.

Ideally after someone with either industrial or commercial background to do primarily work in the Generation sector and a little bit of Distribution and Transmission.

This role can be based in either Rotorua or Taupo with the work covering most of the Bay of Plenty and the Waikato.

There is minimal overnight travel involve and all travel, ppe, and working away from home allowances covered by the company.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have an EWRB full Electrician registration.

You will preferably have 5+ years experience within the heavy industrial sector.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to be able to work independently as well as work within a team.  A flexible and can-do attitude is also essential to this role.

We are seeking someone who is motivated and driven to complete and deliver projects on time and executed at the highest of standards.

Safety is also a key requirement as well as excellent communication skills and a pro-active mind.
