Ventia are engaged for the design, construction, financing, and facility management of the Royal North Hospital located in St Leonards. We’re hiring a Maintenance Scheduler to monitor and manage our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure works are completed within Service Level Agreements.

This is a 3 day permanent part time role that is required to work Saturdays and Sundays every week, plus either Mondays or Fridays.

About the role:

  • Responsible for raising, processing, scheduling, tracking, and updating Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance tasks in the CMMS within required timeframes.
  • Closely monitor work orders that are approaching abatement and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and develop operational reports within CMMS and Microsoft Excel/Power BI.
  • Preparation of key parts of monthly, and annual contract performance reports.
  • Communicate with a variety of stakeholders including hospital staff, helpdesk, subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and management.


About You:

  • You must be technologically savvy and be familiar with working within multiple systems.
  • High level interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be able to work under pressure at times and have a high attention to detail. This will be critical when we are reacting to priority works.
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
