Project Manager - Fitout & Refurbishment

Join Ventia as a Project Manager to deliver impactful fit out and refurbishment projects, working full time on site at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH). You will be responsible for managing multiple small to complex projects, overseeing scope definition, timelines, quality assurance, financial control, and stakeholder communication.

About the role:

• Deliver small to medium refurbishment and major plant replacement projects.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery including scope definition, cost planning and forecasting, program scheduling, contractor engagement, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support project planning, reporting, and communication strategies.

About You:

• Experience in project or construction management (fit out/refurbishment highly desired) or recent graduates in relevant studies will be highly considered.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and the Office Suite.
