Maintenance Supervisor

Ventia are engaged for the design, construction, financing, and facility management of the Royal North Hospital located in St Leonards. We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and oversee the Engineering team and subcontractors, as well as respond to all service requests from the hospital.

About the role:

• Respond to alarms & hospital codes generated from monitoring systems, hospital switchboard paging system or personnel.
• Monitor and drive rectification of KPI’S within times set by critical response guidelines, while ensuring safety is not compromised.
• Ensure that all scheduled maintenance is completed within service level agreement timeframes.
• Carry out routine housekeeping and plant condition inspections to ensure equipment is compliant and safe.
• Complete relevant site documentation including site diaries, service documentation, JSA’s, Risk Assessments in accordance with project management plans.
• Respond to follow up requests for information from the Hospital about submitted tasks for repair.

About You:

• Trade or engineering qualification is essential, highly regarded if you have an electrical background.
• Must be technologically savvy and be competent to use various computer systems.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have great attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
