Maintenance Supervisor

Ventia are engaged for the design, construction, financing, and facility management of the Royal North Hospital located in St Leonards. We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and oversee the Engineering team and subcontractors, as well as respond to all service requests from the hospital.

About the role:
- Respond to alarms & hospital codes generated from monitoring systems, hospital switchboard paging system or personnel.
- Monitor and drive rectification of KPI’S within times set by critical response guidelines, while ensuring safety is not compromised.
- Ensure that all scheduled maintenance is completed within service level agreement timeframes.
- Carry out routine housekeeping and plant condition inspections to ensure equipment is compliant and safe.
- Complete relevant site documentation including site diaries, service documentation, JSA’s, Risk Assessments in accordance with project management plans.
- Respond to follow up requests for information from the Hospital about submitted tasks for repair.
About You:
- Trade or engineering qualification is essential, highly regarded if you have an electrical background.
- Must be technologically savvy and be competent to use various computer systems.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have great attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
