Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Contracts Commercial Management

• Oversee all commercial aspects of bid submissions, including contract reviews, risk assessments, and the development of mitigation strategies
• Lead client negotiations and contribute to the preparation of submission documents
• Assist with scope and risk identification, subcontractor engagement, and pricing reviews

Operational Commercial Support

• Develop and execute claim strategies for potential or active disputes
• Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters
• Improve the administration of commercial contract policies, systems, and procedures
• Lead negotiations on major contract variations, claims, and renewals
• Ensure adherence to statutory and contractual compliance requirements

Could you be our Commercial Manager?

• Tertiary qualification in Commercial Law, Commerce, or Construction Management
• Demonstrated experience in commercial management or contract administration or management, with a strong legal foundation
• In-depth knowledge of contract and construction law, as well as commercial project administration
• Proven ability to deliver strong commercial outcomes in operational settings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
