Network Electrical Supervisor

Are you a seasoned Electrician with a passion for maintenance operations and team management? Join our Transport sector to oversee and drive the daily delivery of Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Reactive Maintenance activities. Lead a dedicated team of mechanical and electrical (M&E) technicians to consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators within a dynamic and safety-first environment.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead & Manage Operations: Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely, efficiently, and on schedule by tracking work orders and coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Drive Performance: Motivate and guide your team to deliver quality work aligned with client and corporate standards, while continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve processes.

Coordinate Resources: Plan and adjust technician rosters, manage subcontractor engagement, and oversee third-party contractor activities to ensure seamless maintenance delivery throughout the year.

Maintain High Standards: Monitor compliance with safety protocols, risk assessments, and quality standards, ensuring all work meets Ventia’s and client expectations.

Communicate Effectively: Provide timely and clear updates to internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and transparent project tracking.

Champion Teamwork: Promote a collaborative and positive culture that upholds Ventia’s values and encourages ongoing professional development.

What You Bring:

• Electrical Trade qualification and license
• Proven leadership experience in managing M&E teams and subcontractors
• Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
• A client-focused approach with experience in client-facing roles
• Expertise in high voltage switching and maintenance operations
• Intermediate computer skills, with familiarity in asset management systems
• Valid driver’s license
