About the Role:

Reporting to our Project Director, the Program Manager will play a key leadership role driving end to end success for a Major National Telecommunications account within our Wireless and Special Coverage Solutions portfolio for our Ventia Telecommunications Sector. 

Overseeing a national team with program ownership across all major disciplines (safety, operational delivery, financial, commercial, people etc.), you will lead the team in successful works delivery on existing programs, while working closely with both the client and our internal bid teams to support development of compelling and successful works proposals.

You will work closely with our broader shared teams across Wireless where you will drive operational delivery optimisation within the portfolio. You will oversee ownership of safe works delivery, drive disciplined program management, and maximise stakeholder engagement internally and with our client.

Hybrid working with time in the office and work from home. Flexible office location North Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide. 

Key Experiences & Skill:

• Formal qualifications within Project Management or similar relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience working with program delivery for telecommunication assets - Wireless preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship building, networking and communication skills.
• Well developed commercial acumen, with experience managing P&Ls and other project financial fundamentals to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Excellent knowledge of project delivery process, metrics, tracking, resource planning, continuous improvement and risk management.
• Supportive and collaborative leader who can inspire and develop a diverse and effective team.
• Able to deliver on multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously meeting deadlines with a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Passionate Safety focused leader dedicated to a safety-first culture across all works programs.
