Project Manager

Ventia is proud to partner with the City of Sydney to deliver high quality Facility Management services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Project Manager to deliver a wide range of projects and manage work programs that support the City’s infrastructure and community assets. This is full time permanent role based predominately onsite at Town Hall.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivery of comprehensive projects across Capital asset replacement, Internal & external construction upgrades, Heritage conservation and Facility management projects
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and City of Sydney stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational performance.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in project delivery and stakeholder engagement, ideally within the facilities management sector.

• Previous experience in a project management role, minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and commercial acumen.
