Excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven Commercial Administrator ready for the next step in their career, or an existing proactive Senior Contracts Administrator seeking a new challenge. We are offering a salary of $100,000 - $130,000 including super with some great staff benefits, depending on your skills and experience.
A diverse role responsible for the central governance and commercial management of a suite of single client contracts, both up and down stream. You will work closely with the internal business stakeholders to foster a commercially aware and client focused culture, and with the client to understand and prioritise outcomes and compliance.
Due to the nature of these contracts this role can be based anywhere in Australia with the understanding that the successful applicant will need to travel on an adhoc basis as required.
Working within our Telco division, you will ensure that all commercial risks and issues are proactively identified and managed, and that internal standards are met. This position takes ownership of, and delivers, both routine and ad hoc requirements and requires someone that can operate hands on at a ground level whilst also thinking strategically.

- Demonstrated ability to influence, engage and collaborate with Client and supply chain stakeholders, internal management and all levels of the project and operations delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with resilience, to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Proven commercial acumen: Client and supply chain contract compliance and setup, supply chain contract departure negotiations within approved parameters, governance, variations, notices and contract administration, reporting
- Relationship management skills; Ability to build internal and external networks and to leverage those relationships to knowledge share and achieve deliverables
- Experience within Telco industry, large construction or infrastructure services project environments would be highly advantageous
