Ventia are looking to employ a Talent Acquisition Project Lead to work on the implementation of the Phenom AI recruiting platform. This is a full-time fixed term contract for 12 months based in our bright North Sydney office.

About the role:
- Ensuring deadlines and project timelines are met through effective coordination with all stakeholders
- Designing the integration with SuccessFactors
- Partnering with the TA team to identify and map all process and integration touchpoints
- Leading change management efforts, including workshops, configuration calls, and documentation of change processes
- Overseeing career site change management, including stakeholder coordination, design, and content updates
- Taking ownership of the overall project plan and working closely with the Operations Manager to maintain project progress
- Managing training and skill development initiatives for the TA team
- Handling the relationship and project scope with Phenom
- Overseeing the UAT process, go-live rollout, and providing post go-live support
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience with Phenom AI or similar tool. Experience implementing / project managing a leading Talent Acquisition system or AI recruiting tool platform will be highly regarded, including:
- System Configuration & Optimization: You bring hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing talent management systems, ideally including Phenom or SuccessFactors (but we are open to other systems as well).
- Testing & Troubleshooting: You’ve demonstrated a strong ability to perform basic system testing and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Project Management: With exposure to system integration projects, you are comfortable managing timelines and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, making technology easy to understand.
- Process Improvement Mindset: As a natural problem solver, you’re always looking for ways to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
