About the Role
 

Join our team as a Cadet Mechanical Engineer! Are you an undergraduate eager for hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering? We have an amazing opportunity just for you at our Withcott facility. This casual role provides flexibility during the university semester and expanded opportunities during breaks. You'll report to our Engineering manager and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team supporting our Rig and Well Division as well as the wider Ventia group.

Key Responsibilities

The role will entail a mixture of mechanical engineering design, drafting, and support tasks around builds and maintenance of our Rigs and Support Equipment.

About you

• Undergraduate completing their Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn from others
• Ability to take direction and work well within a team environment
• Some experience with SolidWorks and Mathcad is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
