ABOUT THE ROLE 
The Operations Support Officer will be responsible for supporting remote camp staff and maintaining all crew training. 
Based in our Toowoomba office in the CBD, you will work within a collaborative team focused environment, and will be responsible for:

  • Maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all field and camp roles. 

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, ground transport and accommodation

  • Monitor shift schedules and adjust staffing levels as required to meet operational demands

  • Organising all required training and updating training matrix

  • Providing human resource support including, terminations, processing leave forms, promotions

  • Workcover - assisting HSE in managing Workcover cases 

  • Full time role

ABOUT YOU   

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, (Excel, Word and Power Point).  

  • Desirable experience with OPMS, SAP or similar systems, but not required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Reliability and good work ethic.

  • The ability to multi-task. 

  • The ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

  • Experience in workforce coordination, logistics or related fields

  • Ability to participate in an on-call roster as required.
