About The Role
Are you an experienced Safety Advisor looking to transition into the oil and gas industry? Our Rigs & Well services team is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Safety Advisor to join our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) team. The point of hire is Toowoomba, and you will drive out to remote sites to support operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting and mentoring the onsite crew in implementing our health and safety management system.

  • Flat Day Rate: $582-$672 per day (pending experience) for a 12-hour day, including casual loading.

What You’ll Do:

  • Promote Safe Practices: Help our onsite crew promote safe practices and implement our health and safety management system.
  • Conduct Inspections: Perform assurance activities to ensure high safety standards.
  • Lead Investigations: Analyse incidents and provide expert guidance on safety measures.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in report writing and conducting audits.
  • Auditing and Computer Skills: Essential for this role, as you will be conducting detailed audits and using various software tools to manage safety data and reports.
  • Qualifications: Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Driver's Licence: Manual driver's licence required.
