About the Role
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of cleaning services at Augusta State School and Woodlinks State School. Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will be hands on and lead a small cleaning team, collaborating closely with operational staff to achieve our service goals.
Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to) supervisory duties, ensuring compliance, facilitating communication with clients and stakeholders, conducting inspections, administration, training and rostering, and assisting the Facility Manager as required.
The role requires flexibility in working hours to align with operational requirements, including availability across a split shift roster (4am to 12pm, 7am to 3pm and 10am to 6pm). You will work a 38 hour week.
Required Skills and Experience
We are seeking a skilled communicator who can effortlessly build rapport with stakeholders. With a hands-on approach, you'll be methodical and systematic in delegating tasks and ensuring their completion.
Mandatory requirements for the role are a current drivers licence and reliable transportation and possession of or ability to obtain a Blue Card - Working with Children along with sound computer and communication skills.
You must also hold full working rights for Australia.
