Site supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, quality, and team development? Ventia is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary field teams across a range of telecommunications construction projects.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage field teams and subcontractors to deliver construction activities safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Conduct site walkouts, scope planning, and resource coordination in line with project schedules
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, conduct site audits, and promote a strong safety culture
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor and report on progress, escalate issues, and drive resolution of construction challenges

Are you our next Site Supervisor?

• Proven experience supervising construction teams in telecommunications or heavy engineering projects
• Trade qualification or relevant industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
