ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on the hunt for a dynamic, friendly, and organized Customer Request Administrator to join our Transport Infrastructure team based in Whangarei. This role will act as the first point of contact for customers and will ensure all requests are received and allocated to the right teams. The CRA will represent the our business in building strong and resilient relationships with our client, the local community, and other key stakeholders.
Your focus will be coordinating communications from external stakeholders including responding to emails, making phone calls, and supporting the overall team with administrative and general office tasks. Specifically, the effective communication of maintenance plans and programs to relevant stakeholders and diplomatic handling of stakeholder concerns. You will be the first point of contact for the site and will provide ad-hoc administrative support as required. You will be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ABOUT YOU
- Have a professional manner and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to effectively manage and escalate all requests, complaints and notifications from our client
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Good physical and mental resilience and thrives under pressure
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
The role that will suit someone with a Business Administration or communications background and a passion for customer service and stakeholder management. Knowledge on roading maintenance or construction is an advantage.
