About the Role
This is an exciting and diverse role where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role involves undertaking tasks for the construction and maintenance of public infrastructure including but not limited to road works, path construction and repair, drainage pipes installation and associated structures, drainage sumps and other public facilities.
Hours of work will typically be Monday to Friday with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
About you
• Registered Drainlaying Qualification
• Class 2 or ideally Class 4 NZ Driver’s License with WTR
• Minimum 5 years of New Zealand based experience in drainage installation, earthworks and road construction
• Experience operating heavy machinery including excavators, rollers and loaders
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Lead Health & Safety in all aspects
