We are looking to employ 2 x Works Administrators to work for our Homes NSW contract in a full-time permanent role.

About the role

  • Support the Works Manager and Scheduler in the dispatching, allocation and updates of work orders in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Manage the administrative tasks of the work order lifecycle through to ready to bill.
  • Reallocation of work orders.
  • Ensure accuracy of work order claims including mandatory documents and reports as well as other business reporting as required.

About you:

  • Experience in a previous administrative role (minimum of 1 year experience).
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • SAP knowledge is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

 

About Homes NSW:

Managing Homes NSW assets, we care for some of Australia’s most vulnerable citizens. Our work involves maintenance services (planned and reactive) and emergency call out, using our Sydney-based National Call Centre which takes calls directly from residents and actions them right through the process.
