Ventia Veterans' Employment Program

For the duration of its operating history, Ventia have promoted the employment of Australian Defence Force (ADF) Veterans, Reservists, and their families. They are recognised for the extensive and valuable range of skills, experience, culture, and perspective which they bring to civilian life and to our service offering. 

Across our business today, we employ around 500 Veterans, Reservists and Partners of Serving personnel across our Transport, Telecommunications, Infrastructure Services and Defence & Social Infrastructure sectors. 

The Ventia Veterans' Employment Program aims to attract and retain great people by providing accessible and flexible employment opportunities and meaningful career pathways. This applies to our Veterans, Veteran partners, and Reservists where we will also support your ability to transfer with Defence posting cycles.
