About the contract

Ventia has been selected by Transport for Victoria to deliver maintenance services for critical transport technology assets across the Central and East regions of Victoria.
 
The contract covers the maintenance, monitoring and fault response of key roadside technology assets, including traffic signals, Intelligent Transport Systems, communications infrastructure, and street lighting. These assets play an essential role in keeping Victoria’s road network safe, reliable, and moving.
 
As part of the contract, Ventia will provide 24/7 operational support, planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, asset data management, fault response, and emergency response capability. The project will bring together skilled electricians, ITS technicians, supervisors, planners, asset specialists, operations centre teams and support functions to deliver a high-performing maintenance service for TfV and the Victorian community.

Holly dove into the program with her first rotation in the Transport sector, working on the North East Link project in Victoria. There, she applied her design background to help prepare and review activities in the lead up to Ventia’s tunnel operations.
