Ventia is hiring a full-time permanent Electrician to support the City of Sydney’s diverse portfolio of 251 facilities across Sydney CBD. These include community centres, libraries, leisure facilities, depots, commercial buildings, and iconic landmarks like Sydney Town Hall and the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre.

- Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm schedule with optional overtime
- On-call roster approximately every 6 weeks, 10am–6pm. Callouts outside these hours paid at double time (min. 4 hours)

What you’ll be doing
- Perform electrical trade work across planned and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and safely
- Ensure compliance and quality in all assigned work orders
- Maintain accurate records using official systems
- Collaborate with service teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
About you
- Relevant trade certification
- Ideally experience in maintenance electrical work
- Valid driver’s licence and construction White Card
- Willing to undergo police, medical, and reference checks
