About the role
As the Fire Supervisor, you will be responsible for -

• Leading and mentoring a team of technicians and coordinators 
• Planning and delivering fire maintenance works in line with safety, quality, time and cost requirements
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with KPIs and contractual obligations
• Driving safety culture and SHEQ compliance across all sites
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our key client, Transurban
• Ensure comprehensive records are established and maintained, reporting daily site events, progress reports and maintaining Asset Management System

What you will bring
You must have experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of AS:1851 Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems (tunnel network experience would be advantageous).

• Fire trade background with relevant QBCC Fire Licence
• Driver’s licence and Construction White Card
• Supervisory , maintenance and contractual experience
• Sound communication, time management and problem-solving abilities
• Client focussed and professional with high attention to detail 
• Self-motivated and driven with solid planning and organisation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (and ideally Maximo and FireMate)
