About the Role
This is a pivotal role in ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and learner engagement. As the Learning & Systems Lead you will be responsible for –

  • Leading compliance operations across RTO, TEO and Ventia Training ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards
  • Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments and methodologies, and system reporting
  • Manage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisation
  • Governance activities
  • Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in RTO training delivery
  • Strong auditing, compliance and quality control of training programs
  • Expertise in learning management systems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills
  • Relevant qualifications in business admin, training or audit
