Project Engineer

About the Role
As a Project Engineer you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing and delivering construction works with precision and safety. Your responsibilities will include – 

• Leading a team of stie engineers and project coordinators to deliver high quality builds
• Developing and managing detailed project plans and schedules
• Overseeing financial forecasting and reporting to ensure accurate budget  tracking
• Conducting on site safety audits and promoting a strong safety culture
• Liaising with stakeholders such as TMR, QR and local councils to secure permits
• Preparing and presenting weekly client reports
• Supporting contractor onboarding and integration
• Managing construction variations and ensuring compliance with contract obligations
• Driving continuous improvements through lessons learnt and innovation workshops

Required Skills and Experience
Experienced engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence. You should also have strong personal drive, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering (or related field)
• Project management qualifications (PMBOK, PMP, Prince2)
• Proven experience in large scale infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of cost and commercial management principles
