Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in preparing forecasts, financial reports, and validating expenditures against budgets.
  • Support contract reconciliation with the Site Engineer.
  • Maintain asset and equipment databases.
  • Coordinate timely stock orders to meet construction schedules.
  • Monitor and reconcile material quantities; ensure records are current.
  • Help prepare Practical Completion documents and upload to SharePoint.
  • Create, manage, and distribute work tickets.
  • Assist in developing and tracking construction schedules; escalate delays.
  • Use systems to monitor construction progress against BoQ and field records.
  • Identify variations and prepare client notifications with Engineers.
  • Monitor quality, report non-conformances, and support defect closeout.

 

About You:

  • 2–3 years of experience in project accounting and/or administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of personal drive
  • Previous experience in finance administration is highly regarded
  • Experience working in a project-based environment is desirable
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
