The Leading Hand (A1) is responsible for the onsite support, leadership & guidance to the Field Delivery Teams.

·         Tool Of Trade vehicle

·         10/4 Roster

·         $4.00 per hour site allowance

·         Regional and Metropolitan work - LAFHA for regional work up to $341.90 per day

·         Another rate increase in October

About the Role

·         Facilitate and deliver planned works on time

·         Ensuring your team is compliant and has access to all tools and equipment

·         Carry out work efficiently will all relevant project details recorded accurately

·         Liaising and supporting field supervisors with regards to works delivery

About you: 

·         Authorised to work on the Western Power network

·         Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent

·         Current driver's licence – HR or above

·         EWP, HRWL- DG, LF

·         Strong leadership skills and proven experience in a similar position
