Facilities Supervisor

Ventia, in partnership with Healthscope, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Northern Beaches Hospital. This role will support the operational and tactical delivery of Hard Facilities Maintenance Services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Senior Facility Manager in the delivery of Hard Facilities services, including planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance.
• Oversee and coordinate project and leveraged works.
• Respond promptly to reactive requests, scheduling works with vendors and maintenance officers.
• Work occasional Saturdays (approx. 2 per month), with a day in lieu provided.
• Perform hands-on building maintenance and support trade-qualified staff with both routine and reactive works as needed.
• Update the QFM maintenance management system, managing work orders and monitoring progress to completion.

About You:

• Ideally, you have a background in facilities management or trade and experience with minor works project delivery.
• A solid understanding of asset standards, the Building Code of Australia, and other relevant industry regulations and legislation.
• Experience with building management systems and the ability to interpret electrical or hydraulic drawings is highly valued.
• You are technologically savvy and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Police check, working with children check, and reference checks are required.
