Project Manager Maintenance

About the role
This role is accountable for management of assigned projects and project teams, from tender process to completion, ensuring that priorities and deadlines for each project are met keeping our client and Ventia interests in mind. You will also be responsible for leading an high-performing team, site and plant maintenance ensuring that the work undertake is completed safely, within budget, timeframe and qualify conditions of the contract, exceeding the clients’ expectations. 

About you
•    Diploma in Civil Construction
•    Over 5 years of proven experience in building and leading high-performing site teams
•    Demonstrated ability to supervise capital projects ranging from $5 to $10 million in total
•    Strong track record in team leadership and effective workforce management
•    Extensive experience in site budgeting, financial oversight, and site administration 
•    In-depth knowledge of pavement repair methodologies, chip sealing, and asphalt construction
•    Advanced computer literacy
