About the Role:

Located in Melbourne VIC – the Quality and Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and reporting on the field quality of the national N2P project. Working with the regional operational leads, they will facilitate the formation of action plans and toolboxes to address any concerns or shortfalls in field quality and will focus on continuous improvement.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality control measures and performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and efficiency in project delivery
  • Monitor and report on the N2P quality metrics
  • Facilitate the formation of action plans and toolboxes to uplift areas of concern
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and reporting tools
  • Work with functional teams, such as digital services, to improve data management
  • Streamline and standardise client reporting across all forums
  • Facilitate the implementation of automation in reporting and dashboards
  • Liaise with various project and functional stakeholders to ensure timelines and expectations are met
  • Work with key operational stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
  • Champion a culture of safety throughout all project phases
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Assist in fostering a collaborative, client centric culture

  • Mentor and develop team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to project success
  • Identify areas of improvement, championing the use of “VenSpark” to generate and track ideas

Key Skills and Experience of the ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience managing field quality compliance and adherence to project documentation, preferably in the telecommunications industry
