Technical Supervisor

The Opportunity 
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Technical Supervisor will primarily be responsible for managing the service delivery and performance of our Trades team located on a state-of-the-art Australian Defence facility in Moorebank.

Hours of work

• Monday to Thursday: 7am to 3:45pm
• Friday: 7am to 12pm

Could you be our next Technical Supervisor? 

• Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain an Australian Defence Clearance
• Certificate IV in a mechanical trade
• Current Australian open driver licence for manual, medium rigid and heavy rigid (MR/HR) classes of vehicles
• Demonstrated ability and practical experience in leadership of a maintenance team, management of maintenance activities, technical investigation, quality audits and technical inspections 
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills, people management, and client interface
• Sound understanding of work, health and safety, security and environmental obligations in an industrial/maintenance environment to ensure compliance to legislative requirements 
• Use of computer IT applications such MILIS, SAP and/or Microsoft Office Suite preferred
