TAR - Electrical &Instrumentation QA Inspector

• $111.50 per/hour all-inclusive rate| FIFO from Perth  
• Late-May commencement with the main shutdown commencing on 1st June 2025.

About the Contract  

Are you an experienced E&I QA/AC Inspector looking for an exciting opportunity? Ventia, as part of our long-term LNG maintenance contract, is seeking skilled individuals to join our dynamic team. These casual positions will see you engaged on the LNG Barrow Island shutdown where multiple trades will be servicing preventative, corrective and project brownfields maintenance. 

About the Role 

Your main responsibilities as the E&I QA/AC Inspector is to review & verify work packs and to ensure EEHA compliance across the shutdown through auditing, inspections and advice to on-site field supervisions staff.  

Ventia are seeking E&I QA/AC Inspector proficient with Australian standards and EEHA best practices. The role requires 80% presence out in the field and 20% in the office.  
   

On Offer:   

• $111.50 per/hour all-inclusive rate of Casual loading and superannuation 
• Join an experienced shutdown team  
• Paid flights from Perth    
• Paid inductions completed prior to mobilisation   
• Own room with air-conditioning and foxtel

• Get involved in future LNG Projects and shutdown opportunities as they arise   

Qualification Requirements:  

Mandatory 

• WA unrestricted electrical licence  
• Construction Induction White Card 
• Current EEHA (3-year validity)  
• 'C' class driver's license  
   

Desirable 

• Current LVR/ CPR (1-year validity)  
• First Aid Certificate (1-year validity) (Desirable) 
• Certificate IV or III Instrumentation (Highly regarded) 
• Cert 4 Leadership & Management (Highly Regarded)  

 
Key Skills & Experience:  

• Review and verify work packs to ensure accuracy, completion and compliance with standards, and specifications. 
• Verify work meets required acceptance criteria, including compliance with industry best practice, client specifications and Australian Standards. 
• Familiar with equipment used & installation best practices on O&G facilities. 
• Assist with identification, investigation, and advice regarding discipline specific NCRs. 
• Support E&I QA/QC Specialist in conducting audits, inspections, and quality reporting as required 
• Familiar with using SAP, JDE and or similar software packages
