Role: Cleaning Team Leader (Refinery)

Hourly Rate: $29.67 plus Superannuation
Location: outskirts of Pinjarra, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday afternoon from 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Contract: Permanent Part-Time

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee cleaning of offices, crib rooms, and shared spaces
• Supervise sanitation of restrooms and high-traffic areas
• Manage waste removal and general site upkeep
• Coordinate spot and deep cleaning tasks
• Ensure safe execution of mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, and window cleaning

What We Need From You:
To possess a valid Driver’s Licence and own car 

Be physically fit – Able to lift, carry, kneel, perform cleaning tasks, and stand for over 4 hours  
Hold a recent National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
Ability to pass random medical and drug & alcohol tests

Hands-on Cleaning experience in commercial or industrial settings and basic leadership skills to manage tasks and guide a team effectively.
