Structural Supervisor

About the Role

As Structural Supervisor, you’ll provide hands-on leadership and direction to trade teams and project personnel, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in executing the weekly plan, managing structural steel and piping activities, and maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise structural steel dismantling, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Oversee piping fabrication and installation.
• Induct and manage site employees and subcontractors.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Identify and respond to non-conformances and close calls.
• Maintain accurate records and support continual improvement processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Trade or tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in structural supervision on large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction and project controls.
• Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and project scheduling tools.
• Ability to foster teamwork and drive performance in dynamic environments.
