About the Role
As a Road Maintenance Trainee, you'll play an important role in day-to-day civil operations on our road maintenance contracts, including general labouring, performing routine maintenance (e.g. fixing potholes), road rehabilitation, setting up environmental controls and civil works.

Who We're Looking For
- Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Holds a manual driver's licence (C Class or higher) and a Construction White Card
- Comfortable with outdoor, physical work
- Brings a positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- A willingness to learn new skills
