Plumber

Ventia delivers essential facilities management services, including planned and reactive maintenance across the City of Sydney’s diverse portfolio of 251 assets. These include community centres, libraries, leisure facilities, depots, commercial buildings, and iconic landmarks like Sydney Town Hall and the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team on a  full-time permanent basis at our Alexandria depot.

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out maintenance tasks across various City of Sydney sites, including inspections, classifications, and repairs
• Performing planned maintenance (e.g. RPZ and TMV servicing) and reactive works (e.g. blocked drains, hot water repairs, gutter clearing)
• Communicating effectively with clients and supporting other trades to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Completing admin tasks such as quotes, purchase orders, job dockets, and technical reports

What we're looking for:

All applicants will need to undergo a national police check and reference checks.

• Certificate III in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Backflow and TMV tickets (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card.
