Precinct Supervisor

We’re seeking a Precinct Supervisor to join our team at Town Hall, overseeing a multi-trade team across a diverse portfolio of multiple sites, including heritage-listed buildings, commercial properties, and public infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading internal trades and sub-contractor teams to ensure effective workflow and high-quality service delivery
• Managing and allocating jobs, overseeing progress, handling escalations, and ensuring timely completion
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a key liaison across sites
• Ensuring quality assurance and compliance across all works
• Responding quickly to incidents and operational needs with a solutions-focused mindset

What we are looking for:

• Proven people management and supervisory experience
• Highly desired if you have a trade or facilities background, however we welcome applicants from any industry
• Customer focused with strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management skills
