The Opportunity

We are seeking x2 proactive and experienced professionals to oversee the end-to-end delivery of key telecommunications projects. This role will play a vital part in coordinating project execution, managing technical and quality assurance components, and ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope. You will also provide critical support to the Project Manager across day-to-day operations.

 

One incumbent will be responsible for the NSW and QLD regions, while the other will oversee VIC, TAS, and SA. We welcome applications from candidates based in major cities across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery across scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage QA, documentation, and subcontractor compliance.
  • Assist with procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and reporting with site teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Identify risks and support contract and supplier management.

 

About You

You’re a technically skilled and commercially savvy leader with seasoned experience delivering complex telecom projects. You bring strong coordination, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

  • Degree or trade background in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Telecom experience (mobile, LTE, microwave)
  • Strong QA, safety, and digital tool proficiency
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving, and time management
  • Familiarity with key systems (e.g., MNIS, NDSS, Helix)
  • Safety-first, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Collaborative, resilient, and relationship-driven
