Project Manager - Telco

Ventia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value NBN Fixed Wireless projects, including greenfield tower builds and upgrade works. You’ll focus on driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Oversee financial performance and reporting
• Manage stakeholder relationships and client communications
• Coordinate with engineering, technical services, and field operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic planning
• Support team development and succession planning

What we’re looking for

You’re a seasoned project manager with:

• Demonstrated experience delivering projects/programs valued at $20M+
• Ideally strong knowledge of wireless construction, including civil, electrical, rigging, and technology
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and manage subcontractors
• Diploma in Project Management or equivalent
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and strategic influence
• A collaborative leadership style and commitment to safety and quality
