Transmission Lineworker

Due to continued growth across our national operations, Ventia’s Energy and Renewables team is seeking qualified and experienced Transmission Linesworkers to support upcoming projects throughout Australia. We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in live line stick and barehand techniques, who are committed to safety, quality, and performance in high-voltage environments.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate III in ESI Transmission – Overhead
• Additional high-voltage or high-risk certifications
• Nationally recognised and demonstrated experience in live line stick and/or barehand transmission work highly desirable
• Strong understanding of transmission safety protocols
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance and delivery

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience with major transmission utilities or contractors
• Willingness to travel and work flexible rosters across Australia
• Ability to work in remote and high-risk environments
