Boilermaker- Withcott Workshop

About the Role: 
 

Exciting times are ahead at our Withcott workshop as we continue to expand and take on new challenges. We have a permanent opportunity for a Boilermaker to join our team, with new contracts secured and an exciting pipeline of work, including new builds and supporting the wider Ventia contract, now is the perfect time to get on board. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with the opportunity for over time. You will get to work with a great team in an exciting environment. At Ventia, we take pride in providing excellent opportunities for our team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, service, and repair equipment as needed to ensure reliable performance
• Perform fabrication and remedial welding to trade qualifications
• Carry out fabrication repairs in compliance with legislative and manufacturer requirements
• Complete daily tradesperson reports, timesheets, repair requests, and non-conformance reports

About You:
 

• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
• A positive attitude and a passion for teamwork
• We are open to looking at Second Class Welders or 4th year apprentices looking to get into the Oil and Gas industry.
