Site Engineer

Ventia is seeking two Site Engineers to join our Telecommunications team, supporting the delivery of fixed network infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where innovation, safety, and excellence are at the forefront.

As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing work packages from design through to completion. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to End accountability and management of multiple Work Packages
• Support Project Engineers in managing construction execution and reporting
• Monitor and reconcile BOQs and ensure alignment with project progress
• Prepare material orders and manage subcontractor claims
• Maintain accurate project documentation and financial forecasts
• Promote a strong safety culture and uphold Ventia’s safety policies
• Engage in lessons learnt and innovation workshops

About you:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil or related)
• Minimum 2 years in telecommunications or similar infrastructure projects
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index Match, etc.)
• Strong communication, integrity, resilience, and a drive for excellence
