Ventia is seeking Expressions of Interest for Qualified Fitters for casual employment at Yallourn Power Station.

About the role

Based at Yallourn Power Station, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our casual pool to perform maintenance and outage work.

We are looking for tradespeople from heavy industry or power generation who can help deliver high-quality shutdown and project outcomes to our client while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

About you

You will bring:

• A proven track record in successfully executing maintenance and outage work
• A proactive commitment to health, safety, and environment standards
• A strong work ethic and the ability to deliver results on time and within budget
• Accurately record maintenance data for analysis, audit, and compliance.
• High attention to detail and a focus on quality
• A collaborative and innovative team-oriented approach
• A belief that success is driven by cohesive teams where everyone plays a role
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
