About the role 
We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our Northland team. This is an awesome opportunity to join a great crew and be involved in exciting projects. This role is accountable for supervising the maintenance activities within the contract, including staff supervision, site and plant maintenance ensuring that the work undertaken is completed safely, within budget, timeframe and qualify conditions of the contract, either meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations.
 
About You  
•    Over 10 years experience in road maintenance, civil road construction, sealing methods, drainage construction and maintenance
•    Proven track record in building, managing, and leading high-performing teams 
•    Hold a NZ Class 2 Driver’s Licence
•    Diploma in Civil Construction
•    Strong knowledge on pavement repair methodology, chip sealing, and asphalt construction – critical for success in this role
•    Demonstrated experience in managing site budgets and overseeing site administration
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop cohesive teams
