RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We will send you an automated response via email confirming receipt of your application. The standard recruitment process for most of our roles is:
Selection for some roles may also include:
- If your skills match the job requirements, the recruiter will call you for a phone interview
- If you are successful in your phone interview, your resumé will be shortlisted and provided to the reporting manager
- From the shortlist review, you may be invited for an interview, which may be face to face or using technology as required
- If your application is not successful at any stage, we will notify you via email or phone call.
Selection for some roles may also include:
- Additional interview(s) (behavioural)
- Right to work / Visa checks
- Pre-employment checks including references, medical and police checks (selected positions). All roles will require a pre-employment medical (either online or in-clinic)

Opportunities for career development and change at Ventia are vast. We have a wide range of opportunities in multiple industries across the breadth of Australia and New Zealand, often in remote and regional locations. The #VentiaGrad program is a two-year program consisting of 2 x 6-month rotations and 1 x 12-month rotation, commencing in January each year. We offer opportunities for graduates in a wide range of disciplines including: Business, Communication, Construction, Engineering, Environmental, Finance, Health & Safety, Marketing, Procurement and Project Management. Ventia’s Graduate Program is a two-year program consisting of 2 x 6-month rotations and 1 x 12-month rotation.
To be considered for this program, you must be an Australian / New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have full Australian / New Zealand working rights.
